It is recommended to call and set up an appointment for an estimate/drop off. Upon completion of repair or service work, the customer will be contacted by phone and/or text. We kindly ask that all instruments are picked up and paid in full no more than 7 days beyond being contacted. Ron Zehel Guitar reserves the right to charge a $5 per day storage fee for any instrument not picked up within that time unless prior arrangements have been made by the customer. Any instrument not picked up 30 days past initial contact is subject to sale for salvage of the cost of the repair bill.
